Attorney Kevin Conway will represent Stony Point’s former engineer Kevin Maher in a lawsuit against the town. Maher claims that his role as town engineer was wrongfully terminated after he filed a lawsuit against the town’s Zoning Board of Appeals due to a neighbor’s overgrown foliage, which he believed to be dangerous. The town motioned to have the lawsuit dismissed, however, U.S. District Court Judge Kenneth M. Karas motioned for a conference on Nov. 13 to set a date for trial.
